Ivan Lukšíček

Ivan Lukšíček graduated from Czech Technical University in Prague, Faculty of Transportation Sciences, and from Masaryk University in Brno, Faculty of Informatics, in the program Applied informatics.

During his university studies, he started working as a patent attorney assistant. At the beginning, he focused mainly on patent law, design protection and searches in the industrial property rights databases, however, he gradually gained experience also in other fields of industrial property protection.

In 2006, he finished a two-year specialization study at the Industrial Property Office in Prague and a year later, he passed a comprehensive examination in the field of protection of rights related to the results of inventive technical activities and designation rights. In 2008, he started to provide services as a patent attorney.

Since 2015, he has been a member of Association of Mediators and Arbitrators in Intellectual Property Matters as well as Licensing Executives Society Czech Republic (LES ČR).

In 2019 he was elected to the Board of Directors of the Czech Chamber of Patent Attorneys.

He has been focusing on the study of the European patent law recently.

He represents clients from the commercial as well as academic sphere. He also gives lectures in the field of industrial rights.
